Brief Summary of Project

This project explores how early-life Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infections impact lung development and contribute to chronic respiratory diseases like asthma and COPD. Using patient-derived lung tissue and airway organoids, we aim to uncover molecular mechanisms that drive long-term respiratory complications and identify potential therapeutic targets.
