Organized by ISIRV (International Respiratory Syncytial Virus Society), the symposium featured thematic single‑stream sessions showcasing the latest advances in RSV and other respiratory viruses
At the conference, Dr. Rajan delivered a scientific talk titled “Decoding Age‑Dependent RSV Tropism in Human Nasal Organoids”, highlighting how RSV infectivity and host responses vary across age groups when modeled using patient‑specific nasal organoids. Her presentation provided novel insights into immune mechanisms underlying pediatric versus adult susceptibility to RSV.
